Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds will be processed by The Software Collective ("we", "our", "us") for subscriptions to NotForgot.ai.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support at mohan@notforgot.ai. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are available exclusively under the following condition:

• If you are unable to access NotForgot.ai due to internet connectivity or technical issues directly attributable to our service, you may request a refund within 15 days of the occurrence by contacting support at mohan@notforgot.ai.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually and processed within 7 business days if deemed eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Partial usage or dissatisfaction with service features.
• Failure to cancel the subscription prior to renewal.
